Auto Detailing Service Agreement

Car dealers often have difficulty deciding whether to maintain an in-house retail service or relocate the task to an external retail store. Those who operate an internal service say it is more economical and offers better control and quality of work. On the other hand, those who outsource the task feel that outsourcing eliminates the anger and cost of internal management. Payment is due on the day of the service period. We accept cash, cheques and current credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Please do not leave payments in the vehicle. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE We ask you to collect certain information in order to respond to your requests, to provide services for the appearance of automobiles and to ensure that we can provide a quality and personalized service. FEES, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND PAYMENT TERMS The tax for our service is the agreed dollar amount, which is listed as “total cost” on ordering the service package. The length of service is for the time we have booked to complete the “job” you requested, not for a particular result. The time booked is an estimate, as the condition of each vehicle varies. It is possible that the order may be smaller or more than the time set aside. If your work is completed in less time, the tax will remain the same and will not be adjusted. For full interior detail, full detail, complete detail and ultimate complete detail package, if the order lasts longer than the time booked, we will stay as long as necessary to complete the order at no extra cost, up to a maximum of two (2) hours.

Overtime over two (2) hours is calculated at a rate of $60 per hour (rounded to the next quarter of an hour). If a job takes longer than estimated, we will let you know as soon as we know and how much extra time it will take. If you decide not to have extra time, then we will do the best job possible during the remaining time available. All hourly services are billed at an hourly rate of $60 per hour, rounded to the next quarter of an hour. If you inquire personally, by phone, email or via our website about our services, the information we collect includes your name, address, phone numbers (including mobile phone), email address and year, manufacture and model of the vehicle. We need this information to meet your request. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND You or Cardinal Detailing may terminate a job at any time for any reason. Please indicate this at least 24 hours in advance. You get a full refund (100%) the amount that may be paid in advance (including a down payment). If Cardinal Detailing leaves your job, you will receive a 100% refund of the prepaid fees, if any.

Cardinal Detailing is a mobile service and performs its a-doors service.
