Broker Agent Employment Agreement

Currently, no California real estate law or DRE regulation limits a brokerage agent`s ability to work as an independent broker for multiple brokers or on their own behalf. As all real estate practitioners know, real estate agents who commission other licensees to act on their behalf enter into written agreements with each of the associated licensees they use as their agents. The employment contract allows a clear understanding of the obligations, rights and duties of both parties. The examination of these areas in the agreement will reduce potential misunderstandings, ensure stability and ensure quality control. The identification of the responsibilities of the Union Management Board in the agreement can help to create a more stable environment, as expectations are clear and agreed. This is not the case for commercial agents and brokers. .
